"It’s an older motel, but has been updated. However, it needs another update. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. The AC was super noisy and the door felt like it wasn’t 100% secure. They did tell me they’re in the process of replacing all the doors."

"The decks had never been cleaned as there was mold on it and the railings. We found 5 alive roaches. The office was not open on the weekend which we found strange. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to my worst enemy"

"We had a wonderful time in Helen. The house was very comfortable for the four of us and convenient to downtown area. Nicely decorated and it felt like home.
