This brand new 2 bedroom guest home is perched at the top of the Escondido hill in the gated community of Rancho Villa Real. The living room and covered porch hang out in the tops of the trees overlooking stunning ocean and jungle views. Monkeys, birds and other wildlife are often seen inhabiting the surrounding tropical trees. The guesthouse has a very private entrance giving it a separate and private feel from the rest of the property.

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms feature Queen size - Cool Max Gel - Memory Foam beds, Samsung smart TVs and AC in each room, one room has a security safe for valuables and the other has a local Teak wood desk for a quiet workspace. The bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower, double sink, and washer dryer combo unit for laundry.

The Kitchen and Living space

The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. In the living room you will enjoy a comfortable couch and chairs and a beautiful, locally grown and built, wood coffee table. The living room of course also has AC and, if you can take your eyes off the view (which we doubt)… a smart TV for your enjoyment.

The Location

This is a quiet and convenient location outside the in-town traffic but just 10 minutes from Tamarindo and 20 minutes from the world class surf destinations of Playa Grande and Playa Avellanas.

Guest access

While there isn’t a pool available on the property, the Rancho Villareal clubhouse pool is a 3 min drive inside Rancho and is available during set hours for guest use.
