You will have 2 spot available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - Please ensure that the parking passes you’ll find in the unit are hung from the rear-view mirror to avoid towing, there are in the community spaces available for visitors, for any extra vehicle. Please follow parking rules and avoid any uncomfortable situation we are not responsible for any towing costs.
The Neighborhood:
Residents of Vue Tampa Student Housing enjoy a centralized community with access to the HART bus route and an abundance of local dining and entertainment options. Our apartments are just five minutes from the USF campus and half an hour from the beach. Whether it's time for work or play, you’ll have the best of the city at your fingertips.
Getting Around:
Head down the street to meet friends at Bowlero or grab a slice of pizza from Hungry Howie’s. If you’d prefer a midday refresher, Naga Tea’s expansive menu of delicious specialty tea and coffee has everything you need for a pick-me-up.
Make your way to Lettuce Lake Park and you’ll find gorgeous greenery, hiking trails, and spots for canoeing and fishing on the Hillsborough River. With an abundance of grills and picnic tables, it's the perfect spot to bring a lunch and enjoy an afternoon in nature.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
