Detta hem av ett slags hus i tegelranchstil är perfekt för dem som värdesätter integritet, älskar vattnet och önskar utrymme inifrån och ut. Traditionell stil en berättelse hem har tillräckligt med utrymme för att vara värd för en större familj eller grupp. Det finns 2 badrum med vackra privata badrum (och 4 sovrum totalt), 2 vardagsrum, 2 matplatser, uppvärmd pool och jacuzzi med härlig stor skärmdisk i området med utsikt över floden, 4 stora TV-apparater och massor av fönster som fångar fantastisk utsikt av Little Manatee River. En av befälhavaren sviter har en sittgrupp och mycket stort marmorbadrum med en stor bubbelbadkar, sminkskrivbord, dubbla handfat med kvartsbänkskivor och en stor marmor dusch. Du kommer att njuta av underbara soluppgångar och solnedgångar över floden. Du kan se delfiner, manat, tropiska fåglar, fiskhoppning, tropiska fåglar och annat djurliv från sovrummet, familjerummet, frukostkroken, poolområdet eller när du sitter på bryggan. Matsalen har en öppen spis med en elektrisk spis för enkel njutning. Matsalen har franska dörrar som leder till ett underbart Mekka utomhus med en härlig uppvärmd pool och jacuzzi, båda med vattenfall, flera sittplatser, en stor matplats och mycket trevlig gasgrill. Det finns en lång palmfodrad uppfart av asfalt med en härlig tropisk anlagd gård. Vi har 3 kajaker som du kan starta på floden från flodstranden. Detta är en perfekt plats för fiskare, utomhusmannen och naturälskare. Många minnen kommer att göras här. Du kommer inte bli besviken över denna verkligt vackra Florida egendom ... kommer att överträffa dina förväntningar.

Everything is perfect about this house, from the hosts to the amenties. If it's not there then you dont need it because it has everything. Any concerns, which were minimal, the hosts jumped on it right away.This hidden gem gives you the seclusion you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life but not too far away to enjoy yourself.

Great family vacation.

The property is lovely with beautiful landscaping. The view of the river is amazing. The hosts were very accessible and have tried to think of everything. The pool and lanai were spectacular and a special feature of the home. We had a great time relaxing and catching fish (right from the dock).

Outstanding accomodation

Pictures dont do justice to this gem, it is located on the water with a spectacular view every room was superb and all beds were reported comfortable. Great lanai and pool area, great place to entertain. Quiet neighborhood gracious hosts let us check in early, everything was exceptional.

Peace and Quiet

Had a great week, with lots of pool time, fishing from the dock, and multiple dolphin sightings. Even caught some blue crab in the trap!!! The house was great and the ac was cold!!! Enjoyed the large master bedroom and bath. Jackie and Bob answered our questions with a quick response even when they were on an Alaskan cruise.

Family gathering

Very relaxing in a gorgeous home. Loved all the extra dishes for entertaining. Didn't lack for anything. We loved staying out on the lanai and watching the beautiful sunrises. Wonderful time!

Better than the pictures!

Every person in our group of 6 loved this property inside and out! We spent the majority of our time in the large, comfortable, private lanai. The pool was wonderful and warm. We especially enjoyed the views, fish tank, privacy, comfortable beds, and spaciousness of the home. The communication and hospitality of the hosts were excellent.

Natural beauty

If you love nature as much as our family this is the perfect spot for you.Wildlife abounds just look and listen and keep those binoculars handy.The pool lanai was our favorite spot to hang out even during tropical storm Nicole(.yes we got the full Florida experience).Thanks to the owners for responding quickly to any concerns we had.2 weeks wasn’t long enough Enjoy

Peaceful and blissful

This house had a beautiful peaceful location . Views were amazing . Hosts were so kind and friendly and accommodating . We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful restful trip . Beds were comfy and kitchen stocked with everything imaginable . Well worth the money will be staying here again hopefully . We loved it .four days weren’t long enough . God bless

Beautiful, Secluded Home with Plenty of Fun

House and hosts very accommodating. House well appointed, with all the extras. Pool was a huge hit with kids, and I enjoyed fishing and kayaking from the dock. Traveled with parents and kids, and plenty of space and options for activities for all. Location was good for a quiet get-away. We drove over to Universal for a day, and also rented boats from a nearby beach. Hosts were superb to work with.

Beautiful and homey

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Ruskin. There was plenty of room for everyone to visit, eat, sleep, and relax. Swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock were highlights for our family. And the views are amazing! We saw dolphins pass by twice in our week long stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We are already discussing staying again next year!

Bestiful home on the water

This house is actually more besutiful than the pictures portray. The property was not only beautiful but relaxing. My husband loved walking to the backyard to throw a line in everyday.,as i relaxed at the incredible pool. It was a perfect home for our family. The hosts were accommodating and gracious people. We will definitely be back.

A slice of heaven!

This amazing property is a slice of heaven! Everything you need at your fingertips! From relaxing to fishing off the pier to swimming in the pool, our family enjoyed every moment! If you are a fisherman, we caught sting ray, shark, snapper, catfish, lady fish, and a few other species! Dolphin almost everyday! Highly recommend for family fun!! The owners were amazing and very welcoming!

Quiet Remote Getaway

We had a very relaxing stay. So quiet and away from the busy city.. But not so remote that you cant get to a grocery store or restaurants within 10 minutes. The house has pretty much everything you need. We stayed during the first week of December and the home was decorated for Christmas, even down to the dishes and cups. The temps dipped into the low/mid 70s and the heated pool/hot tub was perfect. Beautiful home. We look forward to going back.

Beautiful house and location

The house was bigger than it looked online and so nice. The beds were very comfy and cozy. The views were amazing. The pool was super enjoyable for everyone. We had my cousins over several times during our stay and they were also amazed by this vacation home. Jackie and Bob were really friendly, easy to get a hold of and were there to meet us upon arrival to show us around and show us how some things worked including the induction stove top. Not a lot of places to eat that were really close buy there was a few not that far away including the Lazy Gator which is a must if you stay at this home. Overall we had a great time at this home and will definitely be back.
