Strandhotell i Tancah

“Very nice place, really calm and beautiful place.”

“Disappointing Experience – Left 3 Days Early We had to leave this hotel 3 days in advance due to several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unsettling. The most serious problem was that one of the staff members made inappropriate sexual comments to the female member of our group. This made her feel unsafe and afraid to go around the property alone or even enjoy the sunbathing areas. This experience was extremely disturbing and a major factor in our decision to leave...

“The hotel does NOT have 2 restaurants and a bar/lounge. After 17.00 when the Cenote park closes there is no food or drinks available anywhere near, and the cafe next to the hotel opens at 10.00 so breakfast was not an option. The park was a 3 hour event so would recommend others to go by car/taxi/collectivo and stay at a hotel somewhere else. ”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Lugnt och avslappnat - magisk plats - utsökt mat - trevlig personal - genomgående högsta betyg”

“What a fabulous hotel. Everything was perfect and they even upgraded our rooms at no extra charge. The staff is wonderful. They are helpful and cheerful. The beach is pristine. They invested in a seaweed wall this year to keep the beach clear of seaweed year around. The breakfast was wonderful, lunch and dinner delicious. Great snorkeling close by; easy to get to with the complementary kayaks. Security was spot on and the whole atmophere was calm, pristine and safe. Highly recommend this hotel!!”

“The house and cenote is beautiful.”
