Giuseppe was very accommodating, answered all messages really quickly and greeted us with a well stocked pantry, including gluten free products for our child who has celiac disease. The view from the balcony was to mind blowing! We enjoyed bathing from the rocks, visiting Taormina old town and other places nearby. We definitely recommend this place!”

“We were perfectly situated to get to Taormina center. Everything in Casa Florio worked well with extras such as a bottle of wine and plenty of Nespresso capsules for the machine! The spiral staircase looks daunting but functions well. Luckily the bathroom is also upstairs with the bedroom so there were no trips down in the dark. We spent most of our time at Mazarro beach which is sandy and has a small public area. “Motta Camastra is a family treasure that has been painstakingly and beautifully restored. The town is very old, population about 800. The residents are very friendly and helpful. The town sits on a mountain top with beautiful vistas and fabulous sunsets. Fabulous views of Mt Etna. Not the easiest to druve to sitting on a mountain top. VERY winding road up to the town with many SHARP hairpin turns--not for the faint of heart! Host and hostess were extremely nice.”

“We stayed 10 nights in early June and were very happy with out visit. We rented a studio that overlooked the sea and spent every morning and night just enjoying the views from our patio.
