"It was clean and conveniently located. Staff was very helpful when I needed them. They serve breakfast but I never went. Great local coffee shop nearby was terrific."

"We had a wonderful time in Townsend and the hotel was great! Our room was clean and smelled great. The hotel in general was well maintained. The staff were great and very helpful! We hope to see you again for the 2027 Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Games!"
