“When I arrived at the hotel and had checked in I discovered that the hotel had put me in an smoking room and no non-smoking room was available in the same class. They could only downgrade me to an non smoking single room and change the room next day. I agreed since my wife wouldn't show up until the next day. The following day I received a new room, but the ac sounded like an helicopter once again I complained and the reception change to another room and at the same time upgraded me to an suite,...

“The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
