“The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a...

“Very nice home that was perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter, son in law and our grandsons (ages 11 and 9). My only complaint would be that that we were unaware of the dangers involved with being lakeside at Lake Dora. The lake is infested with alligators that made swimming, fishing or pulling a tube from the boat fool hardy at best. They were literally everywhere!Again, the house was really nice and the surrounding towns were beautiful... just wish I hadn't rented that pontoon...

“Property was good”

“The host was right on top of things when we needed something. The little pool was great for winding down in the evening. There were a couple things that I think could improve the rental: The large fridge did not work, but luckily the small one took care of that. Other issues were pretty minor. We would stay here again.Wes”

“Such a well thought out home. Everything we needed and more was provided. Loved the focus on family and child items, very family friendly. The house was very clean. The host was very attentive and responsive. The house is close to downtown and easy access to nearby cities of eustis and taveres. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this house.”

“House was awesome and clean. Host was very responsive. Will definitely book again!”

“Property was clean and decorated nicely.”

“Excellent stay in this large, lovely home! My husband and I, our son and his family came together to Eustis for our grandson’s wedding. Everything we needed—kitchen tools, comfortable beds, even a pool and hot tub—was there. We easily communicated with the host and we felt at home.”

“Perfect for our needs staying near our parents. Quiet and spacious.”

“Lovely, updated home! Perfect for a quick wedding weekend stay.”

“Donna was great! Its a cute little space with a shared yard thats pet friendly (for 1 pet). We loved bringing our fur baby with us and appreciated Donna's communication and kindness.”

“Very clean and very comfortable.”

“Very friendly host! Space was all we needed. Super duper clean.”

“Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. House is very well kept and accommodating for guest.”

“Property was not safe. The deck was not safe, a lot of the boards were rotted and my foot went through. The shower was not safe due to the unlevel floors, making it slippery. All inside the place the floors were not even, waving up and down. Definite foundation work is needed. The building is not up to code. Ceilings are not high enough. Electrical is not up to current code. Hard to imagine the place has a certificate of habitation. This feels like a large shed, transformed into a place to stay...

“Beautiful and immaculate private room.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our girls weekend.”
