I reported the smell, but instead of moving me to another available room, the staff just sprayed air freshener and did nothing else. The pool was out of service, and on check-out day the elevator was also out of service. ..."

"The hotel was a great location and very helpful warm staff. Unfortunately the 2 bedroom suite was run down and not to the standard of cleaning one would expect. Dishes still had food on them. We were also located right beside the hotel a\c unit which was loud."
