“The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived.

“Me & my partner stayed here for 2 nights for his birthday, the hotel was nice enough however we had booked an 'executive' room which we were very disappointed with. The room was very large and looked impressive on arrival but after spending some time relaxing we noticed that there were a number of issues including very stained and grubby/worn out carpet, plug sockets by the bedside not working, broken furniture and fixtures, sticky pads on the wall above the bed and no curtains, just very fiddly...
