“The property is excellent for a one night stay. Only negative is there is nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast.”

Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small.”

Easy access to shops cafes and restaurants and a short walk away to the beach with only a 2 mile walk to Marske. “A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. ”
