Frukosten bjöd hotellet på. Inget märkvärdigt, väldigt enkel frukost. Litet och smalt utbud.

Savoia is very well located in Positano (calm but very central), has large, comfortable, rooms and a beautiful view. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good (not amazing though) and there's even a parking 50m from the hotel, which is very convenient. In short, we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it if your traveling with kids and want to stay in Positano. It's really charming, friendly and comfortable. Our 15 year long love affair with the Amalfi coast is unfortunately coming to an end though. Year after year, the ocean just gets more and more polluted (this year we had multiple days with poo and sanitary napkins floating around). It's disgusting. Locals working for the tourism industry will tell you it's the wind, but having come to the coast for years, we can tell it's not. Prices (for everything) are also getting ridicously inflated so when you sum it all up it's just not worth it anymore. We deeply love this coast (especially the much less touristy towns of Praiano and Minori) but there are other places in Italy where you can enjoy a much better vacation (I say this with 30 years of frequent traveling to Italy). It's really sad to be honest but the almost total absence of Italians vacationing in Positano probably says it all.

The good: Probably one of the best views in Positano from their rooftop area with bar, lunch and pool. The not so good: The space in the room was very limited.
