Rise and Wine-30 Day Rental

Are you looking for a home away from home, in the heart of beautiful Temecula? Our ‘Rise and Wine’ is just the place for you. This 1600 sq ft, 4 bedroom and 2-bathroom home will leave you wanting to stay with us just a little bit longer.

This home can comfortably sleep 8 guests with 1 king, in the master bedroom that includes an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom with a set of twin trundle beds, and two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds. Our bathrooms are stocked with hotel style accommodations.

The galley style kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for your stay, to include a coffee maker, pots and pans and cooking ware. Enjoy a small snack in the breakfast nook located next to the kitchen or cook up a delicious dinner to enjoy with your family, sitting in the dining room that seats 6.

‘Rise and Wine’ with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrise in the yard, complete with an outdoor dining table and fully fenced yard which allows your pup to run around and enjoy the yard.

Our home, ‘Rise and Wine’ is conveniently located about 1 mile from the Promenade Mall with over 100 stores, movie theater, restaurants, Costco, Trader Joes and more. And it is located <1 mile to Margarita Community Park with Splash Pad, sports courts, dog park, skating ring, etc.

‘Rise and Wine’ is the perfect place to raise a glass and stay with class.

We have strict quiet hours at the home from 9:45 pm to 7 am and everyone must be inside the home.

-Our home includes up to $250 worth of utilities and we require all guests to complete a rental agreement after booking, please ask the host for more details.
-Dogs- allowed with an additional fee of $200/dog/month, plus a required $70 non refundable damage deposit. A pet agreement must also be completed.
-We require all 30-day stays to complete a background check for an additional $40 that would be covered by the guest.
