Das ältere Landhaus hat Charme, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt.Das Anwesen hat einen sehr großen, schön angelegten Garten und einen wunderbaren, großen und nach hinten tiefer werdenden Pool. Wir haben die Sitz- und Essmöglichkeit unter dem poolnahen Pavillon ausgiebig genutzt und auch der Außengrill musste herhalten. “Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr abgelegen. Bis man zu einem Geschäft kommt, fährt man ca. 15 Minuten. Der Ausblick ist aber dafür traumhaft.Wir waren ein wenig über den Zustand des Anwesens schockiert. Es ist ziemlich dreckig. Von Glassplitter im Garten, zu Dreck am Boden im Haus. Im größeren Haus hat es Nachts reingeregnet. Die Bilder hier entsprechen auch nicht dem jetzigen Stand. “We visited Orvieto in mid-November, and had the pleasure of staying at Casa Serafina. Fausto was communicative and helpful leading up to our arrival and at check-in- we were sorry that we did not speak Italian to be able to talk with him more easily. He directed us to the covered parking, which was very convenient, as we could just leave the car there rather than navigate the usual hill town streets. “Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. Man erreicht das Grundstück teilweise über unbefestigte Straßen, die aber in sehr gutem Zustand sind und völlig unproblematisch auch mit einem größeren Auto befahren werden können. “The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed.
