“We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One...

“We spent a wonderful week at the Casa delle Rose. Really well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC, very helpful in summer. The top floor bedroom has a double bed and a twin size bed. There’s also a dishwasher and washer/dryer, for those staying longer. There’s a drip coffee maker, but there’s also a Bialetti. To use it with the induction stove, there’s a little flat metal plate with a handle that you’ll place on the burner. If you’ve never used...

“We rented this house for a month. We loved it here and felt very comfortable calling it home for so long. Fully renovated with modern appliances just as pictured. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, which we did 1/2 the time. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms big. Washer / dryer was a plus. Walking up and down the hills kept us in great shape to eat all the pasta we wanted! From here, we traveled by train to Florence, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo. Owner was quick to respond...

“Property was a little smaller than expected and only has air conditioning in the top floor bedroom, which made it unpleasant for the people stuck sleeping downstairs, especially since Cortona was having record high temperatures while we were there. However, it was quiet, well equipped and centrally located.”

“We had a lovely stay in the pallazo. Marialena was super helpful guiding us in and orienting us and she was absolutely charming as well. The house is beautiful and well stocked and it was impeccably clean every day. The pictures don’t do it justice. If we are ever in Cortona again this is where we will stay. ”

"The staff made our stay extraordinary, helping with a pickup by FedEx and stayed late to let us check in when our flight was diverted to Pisa and we arrived after midnight. The other hotel guests, a couple of German ladies, were not that nice and complained when the night manager helped us with our luggage up all the stairs. A bit disappointed that the restaurant is closed, we hoped to enjoy a meal there but there is no lunch or dinner available. But the pool area is lovely and we loved staying at this place. "
