“What a fabulous stay!A beautiful traditional Italian house with a lovely courtyard garden. The house is full of interesting traditional furniture, lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. All good sized bedrooms - with amazing views from one in particular.Two bathrooms - the larger one being on the ground floor (and very pink!) “This home is so close to the town center. The home itself had everything you need. We loved the outdoor courtyard or the upstairs sunroom for our morning coffee. The rooftop deck was so relaxing after our day trips. The host is so helpful with any information that you need. Parking was right outside the front doorway, which was convenient. This trip was only my husband and me, but I can see a large family using this home. I would definitely rent this wonderful home again!”

“This property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for what we needed. The location was right outside town, which was perfect to avoid ZTL zones and made it easy to get in and out of. Each room had its own AC. The home had a full kitchen with a washer and even a sauna! The host, Denyse, was very communicate and gave excellent instructions. I would definitely recommend this property and we plan to stay in it again when back in Cortona.”

“The property is tucked away close to UGA Cortona and we were visiting a student. It was clean and quiet. The town of Cortona is tranquil great restaurants and small shops. We enjoyed the sites. It was nice to have 2 beds and 2 baths. It is hilly in Cortona so be prepared to go up and down a lot!!”

“Cortona was ideal for us, limited tour groups, relatively quiet and central for touring, everything within 1 hour (1.5 hour to Florence). Il Roseto very comfortable beds, excellent garden/patio, cosy kitchen and lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. You have to learn the Cortona/Italian way to park but is manageable. We stayed a month, excellent time and agents very helpful”
