“The house was lovely overall. Very spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Summer was attentive and responsive to questions/observations. There were a couple dishes in the cabinet that hadn't been cleaned that we had to clean ourselves. The road is very narrow, so I wouldn't recommend parking on it if you can. Unfortunately my friend's car got side swiped over night due to a moving truck making a delivery. It's not the host's fault of course, but something to be aware of! ”

“The dirtiest home I’ve ever been in. Even ceiling mold approximately 18” in diameter in one of the bedroom closets. Master toilet didn’t work, washer and dryer filled with wet towels, some bathrooms didn’t have towels, bed linen was dirty, coffee drip machine and toaster are the only kitchen appliances. There is a microwave but I had to clean it before we could use it bc there was splattered red sauce in it, dining room chair fabric is shredding, one bar stool is broken, couple of the showers...

“We had great communication from the host, including prompt telephone response when we had a minor issue (our fault, not the host's) during our stay. The home itself was clean and well-furnished and -equipped. The hot tub thermostat and/or heater appears to be reading much lower than the actual water temperature.
