“Staff was incredibly helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was best selection I've seen in long time. Issues: only 1 caffeinated coffee pod was available, they couldn't find any more, rest were decaffeinated; breakfast was cool on Sunday morning so i used the microwave; hallways were musty smelling, not sure if they were running the A/C cold enough, an ice machine on my floor was broke.”

“The hotel itself seemed nice at first. But once we settled into the room, the bugs came out. I killed so many bugs for just an overnight stay. My kids and girlfriend were stressed out all night due to the bugs. We're not likely to go back.”

“After arrival, check-in and getting to our 4th floor room, I attempted to contact the front desk with the house phone to request extra pillows but the room phone didn't work. I checked the wire connections between the phone and wall outlet. It was connected properly but dead. So I had to make a trip to the front desk to obtain the pillows and tell them about the phone. They said they'd report it to maintenance. Despite complaints, the phone was never fixed during our 3 day stay which meant...

“Was a very good place but the cleaning was poor I think a list need to be mopped”

“The property is poorly maintained but well located. Our room was not cleaned properly, the bed cover had a big red stain under it. The breakfast lacked fruits. We opted out of an extra night and looked for proper accommodation elsewhere in Aggieland. Management have us a refund which ve appreciated. Book elsewhere if you can folks.”

“Not the cleanest we've stayed at, but tolerable. Fridge was semi-clean...TV remote didn't turn TV on or off & volume control was useless. It blasted or we couldn't hear it at all. No coffee pot, which I didn't read in the reservation. Hall smelled funky. Too much partying outside our window at night. Saving grace...A/C worked great. Staff at desk, friendly when we arrived...not a word as we left... Not worth $200+ a night.”

“Each time we stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel, the rooms are neat and clean! We love that 3 adult beverages are offered at no charge with each night you stay as well as breakfast from 6am to 9:30 during the week (weekend hours are 7am to 10am) and even dinner from 5-7pm. The dinners that were served during our recent stay were both wonderful (pasta w/a creamy tomato sauce and grilled chicken (the chicken was so so so good OMG..tender, and flavorful) and salad, and the next evening they served...

“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”
