“Clean comfortable and very conveniently located.”

“We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. Heard another guest complain and get moved rooms. Just...

“Great lobby, surprisingly good hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and cleanliness was average.”

“The staff is not very friendly at all. They did even be generous enough to help me out with my refund for not even sleeping in a room after I paid for my nights stay. Not very traveler friendly !!”

“Room was dirty, garbage in room when we arrived, beds not made, no toilet paper and yes we saw bugs! My son and I went for Aggie day and when we return we will not stay there! YUCK!”

“I walked in with high expectations being that it is Hilton owned. The rooms are super outdated, has a funky smell and bathroom just needs a whole brand new overhaul. Beds are squeaky and not the greatest. Definitely will not return ”

“This place only has one door and one door out the two side doors don’t work. Their breakfast is kind of Janky. It’s just cereal and you got some nasty coffee. The people here are really nice. I am. I did appreciate having kind people who you know didn’t give us too much of a hard time, I had to be on the bottom floor because of my dog I like to be up on you know the above floors, but I have a service animal and so she can’t. “I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation.”

“The place is literally falling apart. The concrete roof above my head in one of the breezways literally crumbled less than a few seconds of me walking under it. I took a picture of the aftermath with the chuncks of concrete and rusted rebar on the floor. This place is the textbook definition of 'you get what you pay for'. At around $55 a night, it was bound to be in poor condition. ”

“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”
