Familjehotell i Texas Medical Center

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“It was an great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. The coffee is always amazing ( I used to stay same brand in La Grange Tx) . Tanya was amazing hostess!! Thank you!”

“Breakfast sub expectations. Staff did not refill empty food options. We had breakfast in town the second day due to poor breakfast quality and service. Hotel bar ok service but slow as staff was not always in the bar or busy with other duties elsewhere. Overall felt like they were understaffed.”

“Large room, poor breakfast”

“Honestly, if it was not for the staff, It would’ve been terrible across the board. The staff were extremely helpful, they held our bags for us before we checked in (as we arrived early) and they were willing to hold them even after I had checked out. Unfortunately that’s the only good portion of the review. I stayed in room 222, and as soon as we opened the door, it smelt terrible. It smelt like what only could be described as onions and smelly feet. The floor didn’t seem clean. There was mold...

“The location is very convenient. My family was attending a World Cup game and the location was great for that. The hosts were friendly and responsive.”

“This is a great place to stay. The host answers very quickly and is available 24/7 which was very helpful as we had to get out of a bad hotel late at night and book this place last minute. They were very kind to work with & the place is just like the photos. It is in a safe area, has gated parking, and has an in room washer and dryer. Everything was clean, and it was nicely stocked for a longer stay. The only bad thing is that the bed and couch are pretty uncomfortable for a longer stay, the...

“Getting set up with access is a little bit of work, but once it’s all done, it works fine. Apartment itself is very nice and clean”

“Exactly as described. Convenient location. Very good experience”

“Excellent communication and ease of entry. This is a standard apartment with standard apartment problems including the upstairs neighbor whose washing machine will not last too much longer but rattles the dishes as it bangs on in the early morning. The garage is not attached so expect some walking and a couple of up and down stairs. Parking was not a problem but was on the second deck with no connection through to the second floor in the next building.Nice, clean place with lots of room. We...

“Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again.”

“This place was so nice and well located. The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve ever been in as well so that is major 5 stars! Only negative was finding the place down the maze of halls lol, but it was management. Still an amazing place that we will FOR SURE stay at again!! Owner is great also!!”
