“We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.”

“This place was terribly unkept and we had bugs in our room and it smelled like mildew or mold. We left the next morning.”

“When we got out of the elevator on our floor there was a large bag of trash, and several tiles missing in the ceiling. It smelled like mildew in the halls. The first room we walked into had not been cleaned yet, so they switched us to a different room. Then when we got into our new room, there was hair all over the floor of the restroom and the pillowcases were dirty and stained. “There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”
