“We booked this property for a girls trip. Leading up to the trip I had reached out to the host to request an early check in. The host took days to reply but eventually was kind enough to offer a 2 hour earlier check in. After that we never heard from the host. The day of our check in we received no information on how to access the property so I reached out and asked. The host replied this time in a timely manner to give us the code to get in and that was it. Once we got to the property I had to...

“From the time of booking, the communication was fantastic. The chalet layout was open concept between kitchen and living area yet private bedrooms with plenty of room for a large group. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.The private outdoor space was perfect with a bbq and fire pit which we enjoyed immensely.Beach close by and only a couple minute drive to Main Street Collingwood or of course the blue mountain village. Overall 5 star stay and would definitely return.”

“Very poor property, low maintenance No air conditioning, Missing window screens as the owner described there’s no need for air-conditioning, but most of Windows screens were missing and broken. We Couldn’t leave the windows open as well due to flies.and when I reached out to the owner for more fence and explaining how hot might be inside before my trip. She suggested that we should sleep in the basement instead of the bedrooms. I got the feeling they did it by purpose so that nobody uses...
