“Small but nicely decorated, with an outdoor whirlpool, and a small river view. Peaceful place, very close to interesting attractions, such as Linville waterfalls and caverns, and a beautiful winery open to visitors. Staff friendly and instrumental when asked any questions.”

“I absolutely loved staying here, will definitely rebook again. When I find my myself again in the Charlotte area. Very quiet and reserved, the vibe gives; if you wanted to finish writing a book this is where I would come. It's very outdoors; so make sure you have 4WD to make it up the hill. We really didn't know how to work the thermometer in the room for heat but it was fine. Just a heads up the mini doesn't have a freezer, lol I wish I knew that before buying ice cream. “Everything was clean andwell kept. The supplies for smores and sitting around the fire and wood to burn was great. The picture window in rhe cabin is the best feature of the cabin from the main bed and the bed in the loft. Staff was great.”

“Perfect tiny house/cabin stay in the woods. The hosts thought of everything. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. They accommodated every amenity you could think of. Hiking trail through the woods, firepit, kitchen utensils, etc. We'll try to stay again the next time we're passing through the area. Kudos!”

“We are almost lost for words, what a fantastic weekend this was. The cabin itself is an absolute experience, you feel like you've stepped back in time and its awesome. There's something about falling asleep in complete silence with a crackling fire that feels amazing. The property offers so much, we enjoyed the trails, the animals and the pickleball court. And we can't say enough about our hosts. We love road trips and we've stayed in lots of places, but we've never had opportunity to chat so...

The chickens and ducks were really cute and NO the rooster did not crow at sunrise. The only thing I would have wished was different is that the cabin would have had 2 bathrooms.
