We found our way to the river and spend most of our time chilling and catching up there. Bring bug spray! The cottage was just enough for our needs. The hot tub is great after skiing all day and the house had everything we needed for our stay. I especially loved that there were plenty of beds, a full bath on each floor, and comfy throw blankets. “I couldn't recommend Lily Cottage enough. It's situated about 20 minutes from Woodstock and about 30 from New Paltz, so there's a lot to do, whether it's hiking or visiting shops and restaurants. “I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook.
