“Check in was easy and communication with host was good. Just a few issues...plan was to have barbecues at the house but there was no grill on the property when we arrived. Contacted host and was advised it had been damaged and would be delivered the following day. Did not get it until dinner time 2nd day of stay. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures...games in the game room are low quality. Final issue was one of the rooms had a significant ant problem in one of the corners and along...

“Overall a great stay while visiting Frisco. The Colony was convenient and close to so many places. Grocery stores and both target and Walmart nearby. Easy access to the interstate. The home was comfortable enough with a nice open layout with a bigger kitchen!”

Tenía dos reservaciones distintas, pero el hotel solo pudo darme una habitación porque el número de Expedia no estaba correcto. Traté de comunicarme y solo lograba que me comunicaran de regreso al mostrador. En el chat solo me atendió la IA, y no resolvió nada.
