“Clean rooms, great staff, amenities and great location”

“It was great! The room was clean and nice. However, be mindful that they have a resort fee that they might want you to pay covering aspects as free water, gym access etc. They were professional when we said that we have not used any of the facilities that it covered and then we did not need to pay it. Good service!!”

“Having heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed. The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent. The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly.
