âKan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell, stora trevliga rena rum. UtmĂ€rkt service. Men nĂ€r ni bokar, se till att ni fĂ„r utsikt över Seattle och inte behöver se in i en tegelmur, Ă€ven om den var vackert mĂ„ladâ
âI was so thankful they let us check in early, it was also very conveniently located and very walkable. Clean property with nice views and room was spacious. â
âVery nice hotel in a nice area. Comfortable room. A bit worn down. The shower didn't work great.
A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets.
Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. â
âThe State is a boutique hotel with a funky vibe (in a good way). The room was a bit small and it lacked some amenities but the bed was very comfortable and for a downtown hotel it was quiet.
A couple of minor gripes:
1) the in room coffee is pretty lame
2) the bathroom could use a couple of towel racks
3) charging $8 for a water bottle is ridiculous
A couple of positives:
1) the hotel staff was great! Helpful and affable
2) the hotel restaurant has a great breakfast and the staff there is...
âThe staff were professional, friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile upon entry. The rooms are spacious; the bed was super comfortable; great amenities; the restroom was beautiful and clean with excellent water pressure. The hotel is in a convenient walkable location to several tourist sites. I will definitely stay here again. â

âStylish hotel near the Pioneer Square and the waterfront, walkable distances to other sites like Pike Market and even the Space Needle if you do not take the Monorail from Westlake for just one stop. The connexion with the airport is by light rail. The hotel is also close to the King Street Train station if you want to take the Amtrak to Vancouver for ex. The only thing is that the restaurants close very early at 9 or 9:30 and the streets are almost empty after 10. I was told that this is...
âSince I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.â

Great location that is near the light rail and within walking distance of several tourist attractions and interesting neighborhoods.
Staff was welcoming and accommodating.
Room was spacious but felt a bit dated and some debris, maybe part of the filter, came out of the air conditioner.
