Personalen var supertrevlig och man kände sig välkommen. Sängarna var jättesköna. Vi hade dock missat att det inte fanns frukost på hotellet utan att man fick en voucher för att äta frukost på ett café i närheten. Två av tre dagar så behöver vi gå från hotellet innan caféet öppnade så personalen ordnade en sparsam frukost till oss med lite yoghurt, juice och kaffe. Det dög för oss men hade vi vetat det innan så hade vi inte betalat för frukost utan löst det själva. Avloppet luktade illa i badrummet så vi höll dörren stängd. Personalen var snabb på att svara när vi behövde kontakta dem per e-post och de var som sagt mycket hjälpsamma och hjärtliga.

Great stay
Fantastic location, great room. The only thing that we found strange was the breakfast.... served in a basket placed outside the room after 9am... too late for travellers wanting to get going..

Charmigt hotell, bra läge
Bra läge i trevliga kvarter. Charmigt hotell, fick ett rejält rum med fönster över tak och en gård. Utmärkt rum men mattan skulle kunna bytas mot en ny.

Mysigt och personligt boutique-hotell
Familjeresa m 3 vuxna, och en tonåring Vi hade 2 dubbelrum på 2a vån; ett mot gatan och ett mot gården. Rummen är rymliga, fräscha och individuellt inredda. Personalen i receptionen var de enda vi kom i kontakt med; de är artiga, trevliga och ger det lilla extra. Läget är bästa möjliga! Frukost kostar 18 euro, men den provade vi inte utan åt ute. Obs att i januari iallafall öppnar få frukostcafeer före kl 10. Hotellet rekommenderas!

Mysigt hotell med bra sängar och bra service. Jättebra läge med bra restauranger alldeles intill. Vårt rum inåt gården var tyst.

A Must Hotel
Fantastiskt litet hotel med extremt bra läge i Den Haag. Trevlig personal, mysigt och rymligt rum som gav den där lilla extra lyxkänslan. Frukoste hade ett rikt utbud och serverades i en rofylld miljö småskalig miljö helt fri från stress och trängsel.Ett självklart val vid nästa ebsök i Den Haag!

Weekend
Was there during a weekend with my girlfriend. The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel itself had fairly thin walls and you heard alot of noise from the street outside but it also gave a cozy feeling that you rarely get from a hotel room. Rating this hotel a strong 4/5

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement. Cependant, on ne nous dit pas à la réservation que le petit déjeuner sera servi dans un autre établissement même si c’est à 5mn de marche. En plus, l’isolation thermique de la chambre n’est pas bonne. Même avec un souffleur d’air chaud, il faisait froid dans la chambre. Dommage, car j’aimais bien cet hôtel.

The bathtub in my room was amazing. Everything was done with care it appeared. So cute and unique. Felt the ambience from my window that overlooked the street below. Staff was all really friendly. I saw a couple of little doggos so that must be an option. Would stay again.

Property condition deserves 3.5 stars, not 3. The deduction of 1.5 stars has to do with some leaking by the windows and a partially torn plastic strip in the shower door. Some minor fixing will make this hotel a great place to stay. The staffers were FANTASTIC. The front desk crew I met, Miranda and Naomi, were very helpful and friendly, . The housekeeping attendant even picked up and folded clothes I left on the floor. The location is good. Tramlines, the central rail station (about 20 minutes walking), shops and lots of restaurants are close by. At the same time, the area is still quiet at night for a good sleep.

Boutique hotel close to museums and galleries
A beautiful boutique hotel in the centre, ideal for exploring the city. There is no breakfast on site and we didn’t take the arrangement with a couple of nearby restaurants but there are many coffee shops and bakeries around. There is no air conditioning in the property but they provide an efficient fan in each room.

Quaint, boutique style. Very friendly reception. Small property so very charming feel with a view of the palace from our room. Breakfast was voucher to the Palmette and one of the best of our trip. Highly recommend.

What can I say about this fantastic hotel which was the pinnacle of my stays during my trip to the Netherlands; the staff were nice and friendly; the hotel and room was clean and spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Den Hagg. I would definitely look to stay here again on a future trip.

Quaint and lovely hotel with very comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and easy bicycle rental - though my soaked bike seat gave me a wet bum! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Clean and newly renovated. Photos on the website are misleading: only the 1st floor has big windows and high ceilings. The hotel has 2 other floors that have only very small windows. I booked a “Superior” room and had only 1 small window, and the room was quite dark. Not the “royal” experience I was expecting.

On our second and third floor there are many rooms with also big windows and high ceilings. If this is your preference, please request this upon booking and we can provide you a room to your wishes.

Sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit 1A! Tolle Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An waren Tagen vielleicht nicht geeignet - es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Bis 1 Uhr Nacht war es sehr laut - wegen den Restaurant in der Umgebung, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Gerne wieder! :)
