“Good location, staff is super helpful, and the pool/hot tub was nice. My complaint is the breakfast. Very few options during the week vs weekend and also not a lot of condiments.”

“Liked the variety of foods for breakfast and easy access from the parking lot. Didn't like that no staff was available at the front desk early and mid evening. I had a question but couldn't find any employees.”

“Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and though the hallways are due for new carpeting, I saw the maid vacuuming the carpet edges so at least the old carpet seems cleaned well. Also saw a maid mopping the rooms floors, so that's good. The breakfast is a bit too basic (re: only serve eggs and turkey bacon, yuck, on weekends), but as the price is relatively reasonable, rooms are clean, and staff is pleasant, we'll likely stay there a third time.”

“There were no lamp shades, there was an utility knife in our "clean" room, the bathroom had dirt on the wall where the door was, my sheets had a stain on them.”

“I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”

“Property was uniquely located in all the major highways for easy transit. Only issue I had was the hotel did not keep up to its ads in Expedia.... almost looked like a temporary apartment accommodation... And my main issue was no working elevators pls fix your elevators!!!!. GEE”

“We had a great time staying in the Zen Den! It was perfect for 2 people. Close to town and the convenience of onsite transportation to and from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre at a reasonable price was nice. Brookes was very helpful and such a sweetie too! Would love to stay here again soon.”

“Comfortable and had everything you needed. Affordable. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool dino decor. Comfy beds. Better lighting in room, especially above sink is needed. Nice and well kept breakfast -variation would be appreciated. Good shopping close by and Red Rocks is 15 min away. Wish carpets in rooms and hallways would be replaced or atleast cleaned. That would do a lot for this property. Thanks for a great stay!”
