“Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I did find quite a bit of hair around my room, and the toilet ran all night because the chain had popped off. Easy fix once I realized what it was, but I did notice where the chain goes was fully rusted out. Breakfast was just okay, but I appreciate it being part of the stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and will definitely be back.”

“Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

“Everything was great 10/10 No issues with checking in, the staff were very helpful and friendly, I wished I could stay more nights! Breakfast was wonderful, good variety and selection. Didn’t get to partake the pool or gym but from what I could see everything looked well maintained Close to highways The only thing that was wonky was how to get to the entrance, there is some road construction and closed roads so it can be a little tricky but we made it!”

“Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.”

Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost.
