“First the positive: the staff were friendly, the room was well cleaned, the wifi worked well. Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost. The breakfast is a joke with styrofoam cups and plates and plastic utensils. There is nothing even remotely healthy or fresh available. You do get a lot of calories though if you want. “I had a confirmed reservation from Expedia as well as a confirmation text from the hotel. When I got there, they denied me my room and would not offer any assistance from there. Horrible service and rude staff member.”

“The room was very spacious and clean. I love the kitchen and microwave; very convenient! We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I did find quite a bit of hair around my room, and the toilet ran all night because the chain had popped off. Easy fix once I realized what it was, but I did notice where the chain goes was fully rusted out. Breakfast was just okay, but I appreciate it being part of the stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and will definitely be back.”

“Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. When we went to check out we got attitude from the clerk saying we weren’t allowed to park and stay when we already paid to do so. She was very rude. Will choose another hotel next time. Very disappointed for a Hilton.”
