“We had a delightful night away, all the staff were friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Great selection of drinks at the bar, good selection of food on the menu, clean and quirky bedroom and a quality breakfast. ”

“Fantastiskt mysigt hotell med shuttle bus till Shire park. Jättetrevlig och serviceinriktad personal, mitt "hus" låg en bit bort från receptionen men det var bara att beställa från receptionen så kom de och hämtade en (dock ej längre än att man utan problem kunde gå :-) ). Skulle definitivt rekommendera detta ställe till fler.”

“Jag är säker på att det finns bättre rum på hotellet men vi bokade väldigt sent så jag tror vi fick sista rummet och därmed troligen det sämsta. Badrummet var sämst där vi var tvungna att gå ut ur rummet för att komma till vårt badrum. Jag saknade en ordentlig möjlighet att duscha, det fanns endast ett fristående badkar utan skydd för dusch. Dessutom fungerade toalettens spolning bristfälligt. Rummet kunde varit renare. Frukosten var självbetjäning och var ok även om varm mat som ägg saknades. ”

“The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. We encountered mould on the toilets, the carpets were stained and dirty, our bed had multiple BIG holes. The curtains were very dusty and was hanging on a rusty and broken rod, the wallpaper was coming off the wall. The windows were not soundproof and we couldn’t sleep at night due to the EXTREMELY loud traffic noise. All furniture had completely stained. The room was not prepared for three people and we were given only one towel. So, we had to...

“Nice hotel. The look of the hotel from the outside and the reception gives it a touch of Fawlty Towers, but luckily the service is not copied from the TV-series. It gives it an English taste. The hotel room was actually in another building then where the reception is, at the end of a corridor, but the rooms are OK.”

“Hotel is nice, staff is super friendly, breakfast is good. Be aware, if you arrive by train the hotel is far away from the train station, buses go on a regular basis from the shoppingcenter nearby but they stop service rather early in the evening wich means you need a cab to get there. ”
