While the AC is strong in the living room area, the one area of improvement is to have a stronger AC unit inside the bedroom as it tends to get warm in 35 degree weather. Receptionist provided us a fan in the room but we still needed to crack the door open to allow AC airflow. Not great when we have snorers in the room. Otherwise everything else is amazing!”

"Hotel Niwa is probably the best hotel I lived in. The room was cosy and well planed. There were two different kinds of pillows so you could choose the one who fitted you most. There were three types of gardens you could sit and relax in, very green and lovely. There were washing machines and vending machines on two floors. The staff was very professional yet familiar. I miss this place. "

Apart from the lovely bath area, there is a relaxation library with manga books and free ice cream or probiotic drinks. They also serve late night noodles free. However, If you are thinking of choosing this hotel because of it its hot spring baths, I must warn that you are not welcome if you are wearing tattoos. You initially only get the information that you must bring the towels from your room, and you are not allowed to wear swimwear, but once you enter the area there are several signs that not even fake tattoos are permitted, and they offer no stickers to cover them.
