“Fantastic apartment (modern, spacious, fully equipped, comfortable beds), great location, super professional and friendly staff. Things that could be improved: - better sound insulation for the balcony doors/windows due to traffic noise - vacuuming and mopping the floors 1-2 times a week for customers staying for a week or more, would be appreciated”

“I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Quest St Kilda for two weeks. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean. However, my stay was frustrating due to a lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service. I specifically booked my room type so that I would have in-room laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the dryer was broken. I reported this to the front desk on three or four separate occasions, but despite reassurances each time, nothing was done to...

“Jättenöjda med vår vistelse. Hade lägenhet och det var superbra när man bodde några nätter. Skön säng och ok badrum. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Lite lyhört från korridoren. Poolen ok men ingen höjdare. Toppen med tvättstuga även om den var lite väl ofräsch. Nära till lokala butiker, restauranger och pubar. Lätt att ta sig med spårvagn in till city. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”
