“Great place , classic kiwi batch with a nice kitchen and dishwasher! which was a nice surprise. Well laid out , good shower , comfy lounge ,comfy beds, beautiful views of hillside and estuary. Good parking, nice neighbors. Advice you take your own big umbrellas for shade on deck. Can park a 6mtr boat on grass then 2 to 3 vehicle's. Only con would be no details on rubbish collection. The ladder fell and almost hit one of the kids who was sleeping in the double bed. Because it’s a sleep out, all of the beds should be a series of bunk beds instead of the two double and queen beds.
