“Hotel was clean, service was excellent”

“Nuestra estadía fue muy buena en el hostal. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y fue resulto inmediatamente. La habitación muy cómoda limpia y funcional. Lo mejor, la ubicación de la hostal. Al lado del metro y de la estación de trenes. Esto nos permitió aprovechar nuestra estadía al máximo y con mucha comodidad. La host, muy buena. Nos esperó para hacer el check in más de 3 horas y nos entregó la información necesaria para encontrar el hostal sin perder tiempo.”

“This was the worst hotel experience I had in my whole life. Everything on the site was a lie. The distance to colosseum was not 7 but 30 minutes. The madras’s was so dirty that we started itching ourselves everyday. It’s a dirty apartment you share with 2 other strangers. The bathroom was dirty. We didn’t get any towels until the next day. It says breakfast included but we only get coupons for coffee and a croissant. I do NOT recommend this place. No one in charge speaks English end you get zero...

“I visit Italy yearly. This property is in the Piazza Bologna area - professional working people and university students. The Metro/subway is right at the Hotel entrance - 18euro gets you a three day pass for the metro and buses. Go to your left 50 feet and there are numerous places for your morning caffe and places to buy flowers for your friends. I have eaten in several of the local ristoranti in the piazza - all excellent. Super market around the corner to the left or the right - very well...

“Tendo a dare due opportunità, errare è umano, ma questo gestore è davvero scorretto e spocchioso. Prenoto per le notti tra il 19 e 21 settembre. Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. Scopro poi che la struttura che si chiama Movie...
