“This is my second time to this cute little place. It is very nice with high ambition, but there where a couple of things that can improve a lot. I booked 5 rooms (one booking with 4 named persons, and an additional booking with only my name) for one night for a party of 5. It was clear payments to be settled on site. Before I even left Sweden I got notifications from my bank that the hotel had charged 3 rooms from my account. I called the hotel and they were quite negligant about breaching...

“Absolutely amazing and unique stay, the view, the comfort and the history of the ship were all genuinely wonderful. We arrived on the hottest day of the year so far and the lovely hosts kindly ungraded us to the much larger self catering accommodation as this was much cooler and was much appreciated! A reasonable stay

"We were mostly happy with our stay, the room was clean and the majority of staff were pleasant and helpful. There were two days where the room was not cleaned but I expect this was due to staff taking time off over Christmas, it did not really inconvenience us. The biggest issue we had was on two occasions despite the premises being listed as non smoking, there was a smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room from the corridor. The person on duty did not seem too interested and all they could do was offer to provide us with an air freshener. I also emailed Marston's regarding this issue but as I have not heard back from them, I presume they are somewhat disinterested in the issue also."
