"The Allegheny was running high during our visit, and watching the water was more soothing than I could have imagined. It's a beautiful location in a small riverside community, superb for destressing.The house is well-appointed, lacked nothing, very clean, beds and LR furniture comfortable, heat/AC responsive. This is a rural location for outdoors people or destressing urbanites. Ok for seniors, 6-8 steps up to porch, easy parking. Great spot for exploring the national forest or the river. BTW, if you drive north to NY and Lake Erie, as we did for the eclipse, check out Portage Pies in Westfield, excellent."

"Very well maintained. Easy access. The household was spotless, and very well stocked. The owner was very friendly, and courteous. It was so relaxing watching the wildlife on the river, and just watching the river flow by. Kayaking whenever we wanted to was so nice, and watching other having so much fun floating by was pleasurable ."

"My friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend. Although the weather was snow/icy and cold, there was plenty to do in the area. The home alone was enough for us to stay warm and comfortable in. Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. The town of Warren is close with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and local bars with entertainment. The people of the area were extremely helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful little house, immaculately clean. Everything worked. Very welcoming, as soon as we walked in, we were sold! Loved the back yard, deck, view onto river. Already planning a return visit, just have to decide whom we should invite to stay in second bedroom and share the experience."
