Fjällstugor i Tofte

“Pool floor was dirty, along with some if the stools in the lobby/breakfast area.”

“The folks working there, particularly at the restaurant and cafe, they are working non-stop, around the clock, all the while doing a great job. Truly great people on the staff and take great care of the guests.”

“Clean, comfortable and nice staff. Lacking amenities (no pool, hot tub, restaurants on site or nearby), and in-room extras. View from patio was gorgeous but no privacy from next door rooms.”

“The views from the property are outstanding. The Bluefin Grille restaurant is convenient. Good food and a great staff.”

“This property is amazing! It’s our second time staying at Halsnoy Haven and we plan to make it “the” place we come back to each year. The place and lake views are stunning and Paul is responsive and cares a lot about your experience. The attention to detail (manual with tips on what to do and where to go), cleanliness, and high quality amenities are second to none. This place has become our standard that we compare other places to, yet nothing has compared to Halsnoy!”

“The property, the home and the host were wonderful. The house was just beautiful and had great lake views from the back windows. the lake was just a short walk out the back door. We were a family of 5 and dogs staying and everything was stocked in the kitchen so we could eat our meals there instead of restaurants. The walking paths nearby were great. Checkin and checkout were easy. Love this place!”

“Everything was perfect and clean”

“Gorgeous property, every single detail was thought out and perfectly executed. Cozy bed, slept like a baby. Delicious coffee, grinder and french press available to use. Nice, reponsive owners and management. We will be back no question.”

“The cabin was so nice and cozy. It was very clean and organized, clearly well taken care of! Also the lake view from Kadunce cabin was beautiful!!”

“Perfect for a much needed break. Amazing view of Lake Superior and only 20 minutes from Grand Marais. Full kitchen and charcoal grill included. Clean and cozy.”

“Room was very clean and they had treats and a bed and bowls for our dog. Lot of parking and easy to get in and out. Great restaurant across the street.”

“Incredibly warm ambience at this property.”

“Awesome very nice place and location”

“I liked the spaciousness of the two rooms, that the bedroom was by itself but near to the bathroom. My husband was not happy with the bed which he felt slanted a bit. Another sleeping problem was that the bedding was VERY heavy. I could barely lift it when it fell BY ITSELF to the floor. I did attempt a few cups of coffee in the Mr. Coffee machine. Unfortunately only about a half cup made it through the grounds basket - stirring didn't help help so I left it - sorry, but I didn't want it to...

“The property was just as shown on the website. It was very beautiful inside and out. We had a family of 16 staying at the property and it exceeded our expectations. We had two children 1 and 3, and the property was equipped with lots of toys, as well as a high chair and playpen. There was room for everyone and if you needed a break from the crowd, you could easily find a spot to rewind. There was also a game room which was utilized by kids and adults alike. The kitchen was wonderful with...
