“Everything was amazing and the view from the upstairs bedroom was to die for! My hubby and I could just lay there all day! Side note, the photos look like it’s a private drive, but you do share the same driveway with 3 other homes. So just an FYI. Only one house next to you. But Very Private. :)”

“View was amazing. Seals feeding everyday, and saw a grey whale. Could sit outside all day and watch the waves crashing into the rocks. Unfortunately, we missed the Orcas. They showed up both days we left early to go hiking. The house is very relaxing. Just open the windows for the cool breeze and sounds of the waves crashing.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The place was clean and decorated well. The furniture and beds were comfy. We loved having our own private hot tub with privacy fencing between each unit's patio. We would maybe suggest having some sort of covered shelves to keep towels dry while using the hot tub during adverse weather. We also would have loved the parking lot to be lit a little better and maybe some solar pathway lights along the sidewalk to each townhome for safety as it is pretty dark....

“House was lovely. Perfect location from Main Street at Nye Beach and Ocean. Both a short block away. Open concept, so the family was connected, large enough for areas to break off and do your own thing. Plenty of supplies, no shortages. And plenty of bathrooms!! Really great house. “The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were very close to the beach, but there were a lot of stairs involved and moving down a somewhat steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so...

“Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...

“This was a perfect place for a family get-together on the beach. Most people enjoyed walks, runs, and surf. A couple of die-hards found the wifi sufficient for work. Newport has all the amenities nearby, not to mention the Yaquina Head lighthouse. The state park with its trails and playground was nice to be near. Lovely place!”
