“A beautifully renovated house with generous plans everywhere. Well designed rooms and utilities for humans and dogs alike, so comfortable and clean. Very easy walk to Culburra beach, shopping area nearby but we ate most meals in the house as there’s everything you would need In the kitchen. My husband loved the fire pit, my son likes the dart board, I favoured the deck with my dog running around in the huge backyard. Will sure come back! Thanks!”

“This property is built on a hill over three levels to ensure you can enjoy the magnificent view over Kiama. the ground floor is the spacious and secure double garage. To access the living areas you need to walk up approx 20 stairs to the kitchen / dining / living zone and another approx 20 stairs to access the bedroom level. “Property as described. Very clean & has everything required for your stay. Plenty of games & activities to occupy younger generation. House was very comfortable and convenient getting to the beach.Had one issue with tv. Watching Netflix & it stopped after a couple of minutes, then the tv turned off and wouldn't come back on. Just before it did that I noticed a message that said "try turning tv off at power point", we did that & it started operating again. Thought this may be helpful incase...

“Incredible house with fantastic location on the beach. Very well appointed and comfortable beds and lounge area. Large kitchen with everything that you could need. We couldn’t use the frypans as they were scratched and rusted. We had to cook bacon and eggs in the oven. Time for new ones. Looking forward to coming back for sure. ”
