Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet.”

“The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter).”

We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites.
