“Loved it ”

“This two-storey apartment hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, high ceilings. It is located in a quiet residential area, easy access from Sheppard Ave E. I had a Queen with kitchenette unit - very spacious living, workspace and eating area. The bedroom had adequate space, an armoire for clothes, a safe. “Det är ett väldigt slitet hotell, handfatet snabbt blir det stopp i det, allt är gammalt, sängen var trångt för två, frukosten var ett skämt, vi åt aldrig frukost, vi drack endast en kopp kaffe”

“Only 1 handicap accessible room in the entire hotel. My deposit was not returned at checkout and hotel says it takes five business days. Stayed at another hotel before this one and had deposit returned before you even left the hotel not happy. Still don’t have refund six days after I’ve left.”

“Stora härliga sängar, trevligt bemötande, gratis eftermiddagsfika i lobbyn, fina hår och hudvårdsprodukter. Poolen såg härlig ut men vi hann aldrig använda den. ”

“Bra hotell med spännande restauranger nära. Trafiken in till centrum på Toronto var dock hemskt. Rummet rejält och bekvämt. Bra frukost. Dock tog de hela kostnaden för rummet i deposition och de har inte släppt den efter 7 dagar. Detta strulade till ett av kontokorten ”

“Room cleaniness wasn’t the best.. found old socks left over, sheets were dirty. Microwave had someone’s Tupperware left in it. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was awesome!! Staff at check in was also awesome! Pool is small but it was good enough for my kids. There was hair all over the floor at the pool, nobody cleaned there daily. Stayed multiple nights and that same hair was all over the floor. Awesome, spacious rooms, too bad it’s so dirty. Won’t be staying again.”

“No we didn’t use the room bar or shop in any near by stores. The hotel is located very close to the Colossus Mall which provides great dining and shopping. ”

“I will never book with Expedia again. This dump was no where near the destination I wanted. That added to over 6 hours extra travelling and over $120. in added expenses. We booked in, and within 35 minutes we quickly realized this was not the hotel of choice for the entertainment in downtown Toronto, and a mistake was made. Management of this dump absolutely refused any compassion. They offered no compromise and wanted the full rate? We argued we were only here 35 minutes. They said, sorry we...

“I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor ”
