Welcome to our stunning Greek-inspired haven, thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. This spacious 4-bedroom home in East York is the perfect retreat for families, groups, or professionals seeking a relaxing and fun getaway!

Enter the space and be greeted by our living room featuring cozy seating and a large flat screen TV. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, where you’ll find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or a quick snack. Directly across our kitchen is a cozy reading nook with additional seating for two. The dining area, bathed in natural light from the large windows, offers a perfect setting for enjoying meals with your group while looking out onto the beautiful backyard with seating for up to 8 people. The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.

☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆

Each of the four bedrooms is meticulously designed to create a calming, serene atmosphere with gorgeous accent walls and beautiful bedding. Premium linens, soft lighting, and elegant décor ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a King bed. The other three bedrooms feature 2 Queen beds and 1 Double bed. The second floor also features a fully equipped ensuite with double sink vanity, shower and bath tub. Towels are included for your stay.

One of the standout features of this home is the games room. Located in the lower level, it’s a haven for fun and entertainment, complete with a convertible pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball table, large sectional sofa bed and second flat screen TV. Whether you’re looking to entertain the kids, host a friendly competition, or just kick back, this room has everything you need for hours of enjoyment. The sofa also converts into a sofa bed that sleeps an additional two guests. The basement level also features a second full bathroom with a stand up shower. Laundry can also be found on this floor.

Guests have private access to the entire house including the interior and exterior. There is no one else living on the property. Guests also have access to one garage parking space and one outdoor parking space.

Please note we have one dedicated parking space in the garage. There is also additional parking available on first-come first-serve bases on the street and behind the house.
