Guests have to please be mindful of their surroundings and neighborhood. Please keep the volume down after 10 pm. Additional fees may include any damage to the house, stains to fixtures, complaints from neighbors about any illegal activity, false fire alarms, false police alarms etc. (A formal invoice will be sent to guests for payment instructions.) Surveillance cameras have been placed outside the property to ensure guest safety. In addition, Carbon Monoxide and Fire Alarms are located in the basement.
