There are no cameras inside the suite.

Self check-in is available via a coded door lock (code provided on the day of arrival).
One parking space is included on the driveway.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Maximum 2 adults. No pets.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire basement suite. Entry is through a separate private entrance and does not require access through the main house.

A personalized entry code will be provided prior to check-in.
Please ensure the door is locked whenever you leave the property.

This is a basement suite. While sound insulation has been installed, some normal household noise may occasionally be heard.

The space is best suited for quiet, respectful guests and is not suitable for children.
