Trip to Canadas Wonderland

Me and my friend needed a nice place to stay as we visited the nearby Canadas wonderland. The accommodations where great and very clean. We had everything we needed in a quiet neighborhood.

This townhome is clean, tidy and quiet in a near cul-de-sac area with walking trail to the park nearby. Each room has a very comfortable bed. My room I can even see the sun rising. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here better than in any typical hotel.

Clean large whole house

Very clean and well labeled and marked. The owner communicated appropriately leading up to the rental date. The kitchen had the basics and bathrooms were stocked. There are plenty of bathrooms.

Good stay

The property had lots of room, the location was easy to find. The manager was very attentive and fixed our issue promptly. I personally thought the beds were a little too hard. Other then that great house.

When we arrived, the AC was not working, which the host knew about and was already working on. It took one more day for it to be resolved, but at least there were fans in the rooms. It was a hot time in the area, though, so it was a bit of a struggle for my family. However, things break down and take time to fix... We also had trouble with a toilet clogging, but when we informed the host (after we had given up and left for the day), she resolved the situation before we got back. It would have been good to have a bit more forewarning about when garbage day was, but I figured it out as the neighbours knew what to do. The issue there was that the host had messaged us that same morning, but I was not in the practice of checking messages. That could be helped by adding that detail in the check in guide at the house - a guide that I appreciated! A last thing was that my kids left the fridge door not fully closed and it started beeping and it took me quite a while to figure out what was going on, as the door is different from ones I am accustomed to. I had been messaging the host on the Expedia app, and she had been responding, but for whatever reason I did not see her messages until I logged out and back in. I had already solved it by then. Anyway, those are some of the issues we ran into while we stayed for more than a week. None seem out of the ordinary, really. The house was lovely, in a great location, and the host was responsive and helpful!
