“Wir waren super zufrieden in dem Haus von Kate. Das Haus ist richtig schön eingerichtet, war sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!”

Huset har bra förutsättningar och faciliteter för att laga mat, grilla etc. Det finns en närliggande stad, Magliano Sabina, där man kan köpa matvaror och annat man behöver. Eftersom huset ligger en bit utanför närmaste by, Berardelli, behöver man ha bil – och det är en ganska brant backe upp till den stora vägen. Poolen är stor och ren. “La maison est très agréable et parfaitement située. Même par grosse chaleur, elle reste très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour que chacun puisse exercer ses activités au calme. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps à découvrir le Latium. Tivoli est à 20mn, Rome à 35 minutes. Naples n'est qu'à 2 heures de route. “Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. Overall great hosts and a very relaxing holiday. ”

“The house is nicer than the pictures describe. It was very nice cleaned and the kitchen has all equipments you can ask for. Theoutside veranda is very cozy. The host and the translater are very nice and helped out fast when the pump to the pool needed to be fixed. The cleaning of the pool didn't appear as we were told and the pool area can be updated to match the rest of the house.
