“Our stay at this house surpassed all our expectations. Everything was very clean and well stocked with many little amenities and personal touches. The grounds have the most amazing views, especially in springtime. Mrs Rossella was a most gracious host. She was attentive to any of our needs. We had a wonderful experience with a chef as well. The hosts recommended her, and our dinner was unique and delicious! We will definitely come back to this house and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. “I rented this house for the last two weeks of september 2019 to celebrate my 50th birthday and invited friends and family. I didnt want to have to rent a car so that was one reason for the choise of this villa, besides the possibility to house nine and the poolarea. “The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath.
