“We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything to cook a festive dinner in. We had the log burner on for the day which was great. Would definitely stay again.”

“House Views Location, plenty of restaurants near by. Very central for most landmarks. Neighbours were very welcoming and friendly Temperature controls at house did not seem to work Earlier communication as instructions only given 15 mins before check in Welcome pack quite meagre.”

“We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal. Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times.”

“The cottage was very well-equipped, practical, well located and very comfortable beds. Everything worked and storage was great. Loved the nice bedding and towels! Nice that cleaning things and tea/coffee packets were there for arrival etc. We didn't miss anything we needed. Decor nice and lots of local information provided to help us plan and book trips out. The Island was lovely as ever loved Ventnor coastal hikes in both directions and really enjoyed the beaches at Bembridge and Appley! So...

“The 3 storey town house enjoyed a superb location 100 yards from Sandown beach . Off road parking to rear , additional space on the development . The layout of the property provided several balconies to sit out and enjoy views over the sea . Great kitchen for cooking , TVs in most rooms , several flights of stairs so not suitable for those who would struggle . We slept with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach at night which was amazing . Some feed back about the town house complained...

“The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. “The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town.However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2...

“It was clean and fully equipped for family self-service stay. Thank you. It would be nice to have an ensuite master bedroom (perhaps not applicable to this property now, but I will look out for one next time). Also, we would have preferred a lock on the master bedroom door. Otherwise, spot on!”
