“Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly.”

“Not all Hilton brands are equal.I'm used to Hilton Garden Inn. This Tru brand is more of an average Best Western. No coffee makers in room. Breakfasts were ho-hum to blahs especially scrambled eggs and meats. Staff kept TV in main lounge on Spanish speaking channels. This is in New Jersey. Obviously this was meant to entertain the staff, not the guests. Air conditioner was noisy. 1st room they put me in was a connecting room, where the loudly arguing couple on other side of door was unbearable....

“No reception. No response from the support no. Given after I reached there to realise that it’s unwelcoming property. I didn’t stay at property. Need refund of my money. Not worth spending this amount since you have better options available ”

“The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!”

“Wonderful setting; hosts Joe and Bill are fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The grounds charmed us and are wonderfully kept. The only issue is that the room we had needs a deep cleaning. Tons of dust on the overhead frame of the bed as well as large amounts of dust bunnies on parts of the ceiling and walls. However the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend the Inn as a great place to stay.”
