"Found 5 bugs in my room. There were hairs in the bathroom that were not mine. They have an outside bar but would not open the windows so you could sit there. "My parents loved their time, and at one point when they were having too much fun to answer their phones for 36hrs, Ben was very quick to respond to my concerns and offered to check on them personally. This was their second year staying there, and they’ve had nothing but great things to say."
